Figge trip to SOFA Chicago 2009 at Navy Pier

Davenport IA, September 21, 2009 – The Figge Art Museum is organizing a motor coach trip to the 16^th Annual International Exposition of Sculpture Objects & Functional Art at Navy Pier in Chicago on Saturday, November 7.  This art expo features exquisitely crafted glass, ceramics, textiles, jewelry, wood and furniture from galleries all over the world. Transportation will also be provided to the Art Institute of Chicago if participants would prefer to go to this museum instead of SOFA Chicago. The motor coach will depart from the Figge at 8 am and return by 7 pm. The trip fee is $60 for Figge members; $70 for non-members, and covers transportation and a ticket to SOFA Chicago. Two or more people who register and pay together will each receive an additional $5 discount on each ticket. Registration and payment is due Friday, October 2, and is non-refundable.
